Anne Renwick Haynes passed peacefully in her home on December 2, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 26, 1939, in Commerce, Texas.
Anne attended W.B. Ray High School in Corpus Christi, TX, and studied at East Texas State University. She started working at Linda’s/Shannon’s Boutique in Corpus Christi in 1987 and retired in September 2017. She loved work, her customers, and looked forward to going to work every day. Anne was a strong, sweet, and stylish woman. She was a great listener and encourager. She was a great friend to many people. Anne was a loved member of the Alexander/Gomez family for 41 years.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Anne and Woody Renwick; stepfather, John Stockton; husbands, Larry L. Haynes Sr., and C. Ray Barlow; son, Larry Lee Haynes Jr.; aunt, Mary Grann. She is survived by her brother “Wick” Renwick; Daughter-in-law, Sharon Haynes; Daughter, Lacey Geiser; Grandchildren: Amanda Rodriguez, Larry Lee Haynes III, Morgan (Nathan) Vanderford; Shelley Geiser, and Russell Geiser; Niece, Amy (Nathaniel) Hansen; Nephew, Dan Renwick; and delightful cousins Karen, Kayle, and Kim. Having the distinguished honor to be pallbearers are: Aron Alexander, Austin Alexander, Tony Fernandez Jr., Justin Garcia, Garrett Huls, Trevor Huls, and Nathan Vanderford. Honorary Pallbearers: Thomas Alexander, Dr. Michael Fuentes, Alonzo Garcia, Fred Mehary, and James Orsak.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Seaside Reid Chapel. Interment to follow in Seaside Memorial Park.
