Gregory “Greg” Alan Williams returned to his Heavenly Home on Friday, October 27, 2017. He was 58 years old. Greg was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 4, 1959, to the Rev. Dr. Sterling & Mrs. Dorothy Williams. He graduated from Enid High School in Enid, Oklahoma in 1977 and attended Oklahoma City University and Oklahoma State University. He was united in marriage with Joyce Allyn Sanderson on April 27, 1985 in Austin, Texas.
Remembering his big smile and love of corny jokes, Greg is survived by his wife Joyce, their daughter Emily and their son Allen; his sister Jeanne Shaw and her husband Edward Shaw; his brother Mark Williams and his wife Suellen Williams; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his future son-in-law Logan Weeks. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Daniel Williams, his sister Doris Williams, and his twin grandchildren Matthew Scott and Missy Sage.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Corpus Christi, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Corpus Christi Palmer Drug Abuse Program or to Bayshore Bible Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.
