Richard Orves Beeghly, Jr. (56) of Houston, Texas went to be with our Lord, surrounded by his family on August 4th, 2017. Richard was born March 7th, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii and lived a majority of his life in the beautiful city of Corpus Christi. He was married to the love of his life, Martina Beeghly, on October 17th, 1987 in Corpus Christi. Richard was a generous man who loved God and whose mission in life was to help anyone in need. He was creative and talented with his hands and had a passion for making broken things whole again. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Martina Beeghly, daughter, Natalie Beeghly, son, Christopher Beeghly, mother, Dorothy Neargardner, and sisters Debra (Don) Reed, Diana (Bruce) Callaway, and Denise (Mike) Dildy. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Beeghly, Sr. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends who have lost a part of their heart by Richard's passing. Visitation will be at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, August 9 from 5-7 p.m. followed by the Rosary. A Funeral Service will be Thursday, August 10 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
