Arlene Helen Kilsby

Arlene Helen Kilsby, age 83, passed away November 3, 2019. She was born on January 22, 1936 to Arthur and Gladys Charron in Morton Grove, IL. She was raised in Chicago, IL.
Arlene Kilsby married her second husband Harvey W. Kilsby in 1985. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandma, great-grandmother and great-great grandma.

Arlene Kilsby enjoyed her family, both close and extended. She will always be remembered for her love of laughter, quiet nature, and sense of adventure.

Mom enjoyed her church family at St. John’s United Methodist Church. She loved tending to her many flowers and plants at home. Arlene cherished her little dog Chico and watching the grandkids become adults as they raised their own families.

Arlene Kilsby is preceded in death by her second husband Harvey W. Kilsby, her parents A.W. Charron and Gladys Wilkins, son, Terry Wilkins, sister, Delores Hatcher.

Left to her memories are brothers, John Hearn, William Charron, sisters, Evelyn Brandon, Darlene McElroy, children, Larry Wilkins, Debra Patterson, Jonny Wilkins, Earlene Wilkins and a special niece Jackie Alvear. She is also survived by a multitude of grandkids as well as a growing number of great-grandkids with the next generation still coming. Arlen is also survived by her companion dog Chico, now living with Jackie Alvear.

Visitation will be held from 11AM to 12Noon on November 8, 2019 at Seaside Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 12noon on November 8, 2019 at Seaside Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are James Patterson II, James Sasser, Jacob Wilkins, Henry Shaw, Justin Wilkins, and Scott Patterson.
