Armando Ortiz III

Armando Oritz III, age 42, passed away on September 1, 2021. He was born on July 11, 1979 to Armando Ortiz Jr. (Elena) and Irma Moulton (George) in Corpus Christi, Texas where he was raised. He graduated from Winston Churchill High School in 1998.

Armando Ortiz III married his wife, Corri April Ortiz of 10 years on July 23, 2011. Armando Ortiz III was a loving father, son and brother.

He will be always be remembered for his selfless nature and immeasurable heart. Of upmost importance was his devotion to his family and his faith in God. Among other attributes were his uncanny ingenuity and creativeness which always resulted in an impressive solution to any given problem. His amiable sense of humor could lift anyone’s spirit and bring a smile to even the most troubled person. He made his career working as a Superintendent for the family business Grace Paving & Construction Inc.

You fought the good fight, you finished the race, and you kept the faith and that’s the only thing we could have ever asked for. We are proud of you.
Armando Ortiz III is preceded in death by Armando Ortiz Sr, Grace Galvan Oritz, and Mr. and Mrs. Alberto and Rita Garza.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Corri April Ortiz; his two children, Milania Love Oritz and Armando Ortiz IV (MJ), his dad, Armando Ortiz Jr, (Elena); his mother, Irma Moulton (George); his brother, Daniel Ortiz (Angela); sister, Crystal Ann Alvarez (Angel); brother, Eric Ortiz (Victoria); step-sister, Jennifer Garcia (Juan); step-brother, Zachary Moulton and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 to Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Daniel Ortiz, Eric Ortiz, Zachary Moulton, Michael Ortiz, Erik Estringel, Blake Miller, Angel Alvarez and Jimmy Crisp.
