I am so sorry for your families loss at this time. Nothing is harder than losing a loved one in death. The Bible gives us such great comfort during times like these 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 "the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God. " We can gain so much comfort from the Bible Revelation 21:3,4 has a wonderful hope for the future it states in part "... Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and DEATH will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Death will be no more this is such a foreign thought too us right now, but this is a promise from God and we know that whatever God promises will come true. What about the hope for the ones lost in death? The Bible gives us a hope to see them again too I would love to share those Bible verses with you if your interested please contact me via email. We are remembering Mr. E. with great fondness all those years ago at Parkdale Baptist Church in Corpus Christi, He and Mazie were faithful and constant encouragers in our lives. Ma GOD grant the family all that you ask and need during this time and may blessings chase and over take you because of HIS blessing.
