Betty J. Perry

Betty J. Perry, age 69, passed away on November 15, 2021. She was born on September 22, 1952 to J.D. and Clara Durham in Dermott, Arkansas and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. Betty graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in 1971.

Betty Perry married her husband, Doug Perry of 43 years on February 17, 1972. She was employed as a housewife. Betty Perry was a loving wife, mother and friend.

Betty enjoyed cooking and reading. She will always be remembered for her devotion to family.

Betty Perry is preceded in death by her husband, Doug Perry; father, J.D. Durham; mother, Clara
Durham and brother, Micky Durham.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Douglas Perry, nieces and nephews and the Bayalein family.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Seaside Funeral
Home with a Graveside service to be held at 1:00 p.m. that same afternoon at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
