Mike,
Your tribute to Carol is beautiful. She lives on in our hearts and in the many lives she inspired as she taught them to be life-long readers and learners. We join you in celebrating her life.

My sincere sympathy is extended to Mike and Family. Your loss is shared by everyone who had the good fortune of meeting and knowing Carol. I am indeed blessed to have worked around her in our mutual campaigns. I shall keep her in fond memory and pray for God's continued comfort and strength for the Family.

I wanted to send you my deepest condolences for your loss. I have always gained great comfort thru the scriptures. Acts 24:15 states "There is going to be a resurrection." So you have the hope to see your dead loved ones again. 2 Corth. 1:3,4 is also one of my favorites-"and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive for God." I hope these provide you as much comfort as they have for me . Again so sorry for your loss.

Mike I feel that Carol is in a much better place now. She was loved by all who knew her and each one of us will have wonderful memories. These memories will keep her alive in our hearts and minds for many years so she will still live in a different form.. A loved one never dies as long as there is someone left who remembers them. When no one is left to remember then it will not matter. May God be with you and support you during this sad time . I will light a candle at my church tomorrow for both of you.
