Consuelo L. Garcia

Consuelo L. Garcia, age 89, passed away October 6, 2018. She was born on April 11, 1929 to Erasmo and Anita Lozano in Kingsville, Texas. She graduated from H.M. King High School in 1949.
Consuelo married her husband, Antonio G. Garcia, of sixty two years on April 20, 1952. She was self-employed as a caterer and wedding planner. She enjoyed participating in her church and attending sports related activities. Consuelo will always be remembered for her devotion to her family and her love of music.
Consuelo is preceded in death by her husband. Left to cherish her memories are: Antonio J. Garcia (Susan L. Mansfield) of Tucson, AZ., Anna G. Torres (Lalo G. Torres) of Corpus Christi, TX., Jorge L. Garcia (Gloria Lipps) of Corpus Christi, TX., Albert Garcia (Lisa Mersky) of Austin, TX. and Gilbert Garcia of Austin, TX.
A Rosary will be recited at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. that same day. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are members of The Knights of Columbus.
