So very sorry to hear of Cruz's passing, he was such a sweet man. Have nothing but kinds words about him. Bull (retired CCPD of 38 years) and Cruz would love to tease each other and would start sparing in the hallways of the old police building. Bull would affectionately call him the little leprechaun. Instead of tears, may you all have smiles and laughter when thinking back on life with him. God Bless.

Will always remember the Policeman next door who trimmed my hair more than once and always in uniform when he stopped to vidit his mother! He's also the reason I became a policeman! Loved this man ,his family and thought of him as a family member! Will miss him,!
