My prayers go to the family. I was fortunate enough to have worked with Dr Parker for many many years. He taught me how to be a good coder and biller. I learned all about hands from him. He was a perfectionist when it came to his surgeries. I will dearly miss him and his sense of humor. God bless him and his beloved family.

Dear Barbara, Krissy, and Kevin,
We are so sorry about David's passing. It is not only a tremendous loss to you, but he will be missed in his church as well as throughout the entire community that he enjoyed and served so faithfully. David was a happy man of God who deeply cared for everyone who surrounded him.
Every Sunday we looked forward to seeing David with his big smile singing in the First Baptist Church Choir. He was truly a blessing to so many of us. Fond memories are of David growing his beautiful garden each year and generously sharing his vegetables with friends, as well as when he would give us some of his great homemade bread.
Our prayer is that God will wrap his arms around each of you and give you strength, hope, guidance and peace. Cast your cares on Him for He cares for you. (1st Peter 5:7)
May you find consolation in the thought that David is now at peace in heaven with his Lord Jesus Christ. Remember that the memories held in your heart can be one of the greatest gifts of all.
With our love and deepest sympathy

I had the privilege of working with David during my tenure at Orthopaedic Associates. He was a compassionate and consummate physician and surgeon, and a renaissance man with interests in art, history, Carolina basketball , and especially music. A class act who generously donated his expertise and time as a mentor and advisor. Great family man. He will be missed

May you find comfort in the words of our Master who said "My grace is sufficient." For when we are weak, He is very strong, and an ever present help in times of trouble. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
