Debra Martinez

Debra Ann Martinez, 64, passed away on May 25, 2021. She was born Debra Ann Oliva in Corpus Christi, Texas, on January 28, 1957, to her parents Odilia Jaime Palacios and Jose Saenz Oliva.
Debbie was a Loving mother, spouse, sister, grandma, aunt, mother-in-law, and friend to many. She touched many lives with her spunky personality and will always be remembered. She attended King and Miller High School. She worked hard to support her family, but is most notably remembered for doing Taxes. She was also known for being a great cook to friends and family. She loved her grandchildren and loved to spoil them.
She leaves behind four sons, David Anthony Martinez, Michael Oliva Martinez, Nicholas Charles Martinez, and Brian Matthew Salazar; her spouse, Joe Drawdy; three grandchildren, Michael Steven Martinez, Desirae Lynn Salazar, and Malia Jo Martinez; two loving daughters-in-law, Yvette Leslie Martinez and Shawn Carolyn Martinez; as well as six sisters, one brother, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. Helena of the True Cross Catholic Church.
