Dorothy Danley

Dorothy May Danley, age 91, passed away on December 13, 2018. She was born on July 6, 1927 to Oscar and Nettie Dial. She married, Byron Danley in 1947. She was the loving mother to nine children. Kay Slavinski, Lynda Molina, Donna Bolinger, Dennis Danley (Bonnie), Denise Evitt (Don), Kenith Danley (Sandi), Lawrence Danley (Denise), Dan Danley (Kim) and Barbara Sanders. Dorothy extended her love to three other children, Susan Horton, Debbie Danley and Eddie Danley. She has thirty-one grandchildren, sixty-eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Byron Danley and Barbara Sanders. She will be remembered as an amazing servant who cared deeply for her family. She served as a civil servant in World War II. Dorothy was an extraordinary woman that will be missed by many. A special thanks to Legacy Hospice for their care.
A Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. that same day. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
