Henry Osobase

Henry M. Osobase, age 67, passed away on June 18, 2022. He was born on May 4, 1955 to Michael and Omonigho Osobase in Nigeria and raised in Ekpoma. Henry was married to Gloria J. Osobase for 43 years and was employed by CCC Group. He loved spending time with family and going on vacations with Gloria. Henry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will always be remembered for his devotion to his family and will be missed dearly.

Henry was blessed to find the love of this life in Gloria J. Grant. They built a beautiful life and family together where they devoted themselves to raising their family. He took great pride in his work, believing that hard work was the mark of a good man. Although he was quiet in nature, he was giant in structure and was highly respected in his industry.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Gloria Osobase, son Derrick Osobase, two daughters Ikaehagbon Magdalene Osobase and Clyrisha Nicole Coleman. Henry is also survived by his daughter-in-law Reneta V. Osobase, grandsons Derrick Osobase Jr., Miles Osobase, Jenson Zuri Osobase-Kelb, and granddaughters Darcie Elizabeth Osobase- Kelb and Rai’lynn Coleman.

Visitation will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with a Funeral Service to follow at 1pm that same day. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Kenneth Grant, Charles Grant, Sebastian Oyegun, Shaun Grant, De’ Anfrenee Price, Antwon McCollough and Derrick Osobase Sr. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Clyrisha Nicole Coleman, Derrick Osobase Jr. and Miles Osobase.
