James Galatzan

James Galatzan, age 32, passed away July 1, 2021. He was born on November 13, 1988 to Deborah and Steve Galatzan in Houston, Texas. He was raised in Corpus Christi, TX.

James attended Incarnate Word Academy, Richard Milburn Academy and A&M University Corpus Christi in which he majored in political science. He had a special interest in World War II history with focus on the Jewish Holocaust.
James was a loving and caring son, brother, and loyal friend. He was kind and understanding to everyone, no matter their walk in this life. James was also a true lover to all animals. He enjoyed reading, studying, History, snow skiing and swimming.

James will always be remembered for his generosity, love of animals and devotion to family; he had a heart of gold. God truly gifted the Galatzan family with a jewel. Our Jamie will be deeply missed.

James is preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Galatzan and aunt Kathy Blaylock.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Steve and Deborah Galatzan; uncles Billy Blaylock, Dr. Leigh Galatzan and wife Kathy, and Dr. Russel Galatzan and wife Carolyn.

Visitation will be held at 1pm on Saturday July 10, 2021 at Seaside Funeral Home. With a graveside service to follow at 2:30 pm.
