Janet Lowthorp

Janet Nancy Wallace Lowthorp, born on November 1, 1926 and went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Janet was born to Oscar and Florence Wallace in Brooklyn, New York. Janet was the fourth of seven children. At the age of sixteen, she married Paul Lowthorp who was eighteen at the time. They were married for 63 years when Paul passed away. She was a loving wife and mother. She left her impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Janet had several different jobs through her life. The last two jobs she held here in Corpus Christi, TX were out at ARADMAC; better known as the Navy Depot at the Navy Base; for 12 years. Then at the County License Branch for another 12 years.

Janet is preceded in death by her mother, father, brothers and sisters; her loving husband Paul, her son Glenn Lowthorp and her daughter Laurie (Walt) Roussel.

Janet is survived by her three sons; Paul Earl (Sandra) Lowthorp, Bruce (Kay) Lowthorp, and David (Jessica) Lowthorp, daughter-in-law Elaine (Glenn) Lowthorp and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will held from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00P.M., Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Seaside Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be celebrated at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, October 28, 2019 at Seaside Chapel.
Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
