Jesse Austin Williams

Jesse Austin Williams, age 76, passed away on March 20, 2024. He was born on August 23, 1947 in Kenedy, TX to Sidney & Ida Mae Williams; he was raised in Corpus Christi, TX. Jesse served in the United States Marine Corps from 1965-1970 during the Vietnam War and obtained the rank of Lance Corporal.

Jesse was a loving father, son, brother and uncle who enjoyed watching his son, Jesse, play sports. He will always be remembered for his love for his son, playing pool and darts, building projects with and for Jesse, and his “easy life” living.

Jesse is preceded in death by his father and mother, Sidney & Ida Mae Williams; brothers, Jim, Sr. and Bob Williams; sisters, Nikki Williams and Shirley Zapalac; and his beloved son, Jesse Williams II.

Jesse is survived by his daughter-in-law, April Williams; his two granddaughters, Hazel & Hailey Williams, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:30pm on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Seaside Funeral Home.  The Funeral Service will be held the following day, Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1:00pm at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel, with Interment at Seaside Memorial Park.
