Joan Brandon

Joan Brandon, age 81, passed away, September 2, 2021. She was born on November 19, 1939 to Evelyn and Thomas Evans in Granite City, Illinois where she was raised.

Joan married her husband, Terry of 35 years in February 1985.

She will always be remembered for her dogs, family, shopping, caring for others and cooking.

Joan is preceded in death by her stepfather, Benny Zambaw; mother, Evelyn Zambaw and father, Thomas Evans.

Left to cherish her memories are her 6 children (or 1 son and 5 step-children); husband, Terry Brandon; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary and Funeral Service to be recited at 10:30 a.m. that same morning. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Chad Brandon, James Brandon, Brad Brandon, Luke Brandon and Wyatt Brandon.
