Karen Kay Logan

Karen Kay Logan, age 67, passed away April 19, 2022. She was born August 9, 1954, to Peggy and Adolph Crespin in Greeley, CO. She was raised in Windsor, CO until 5th grade then moved to Commerce City, CO. She graduated from Adams City High School in 1972. After high school, Karen was a dental assistant and worked for Dr. McIntyre until he retired, and then Dr. Thomas Ouellette bought the practice. She loved being a dental assistant. Karen went to work for Frontier Airlines after she left the dental field. Karen married Robert Logan on March 7, 1979. They were married for 23 years, until they divorced in 2002. In this union, two children were born, K and Richard.

Karen enjoyed watching NASCAR, her two little dogs, going to Las Vegas and Central City, and being with her family. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor, sassy attitude, and caring for others.

Karen is preceded in death by her mother Peggy (July 2018), father Adolph (January 1997), brother Adolph “Wayne” (August 1993), and brother Richard “Rick” (December 2017).


Karen is survived by her daughter K (Eric) and their children Myles, Ethan, and Emily of Corpus Christi, TX, and her son Richard and his daughter Madison of Commerce City, CO.
Karen will be cremated, and her daughter and son-in-law will spread her remains in Las Vegas as per her wishes.
