Larry Luke

On Tuesday, May 12, 2020, Larry Luke, loving husband and father of five children and grandfather of eight grandchildren, passed away at the age of 73.

Larry was born on January 28, 1947 in Clarion, IA to Dean Luke and Beverly Frye.  On November 23, 1965, he married Cheryl Trinkle and they were together until her passing.  He later married Cindy Boehm on September 21, 2002.  Together, they all raised four sons, Dean, Daniel, Kevin, and Joshua, and one daughter, Josette.

Larry had a passion for the outdoors. He was always happiest when camping, hunting, and fishing with his family.  He so enjoyed it that he purchased a boat, Jenny Lynn, and he even tried his hand at commercial fishing.  He was known for his quick wit, his strong will, and his larger-than-life personality.

Larry was preceded in death by his first wife, Cheryl. He is survived by his wife Cindy, his five children, Dean, Daniel, Kevin, Josette, and Joshua, and his siblings, Bill, Gloria, Shena and Gary.

A Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. that same day. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
