Obituary

Linda Ann Livas, age 65, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022. She was born on August 3, 1956 to Jose and Dominga Villarreal in Corpus Christi, Texas where she was raised and graduated from Moody High School in 1974. Later, she met and married the love of her life, Carlos Livas on October 3, 1981. She was employed by Hyundai Auto Nation and worked with them for 8 years until her retirement in 2021.

From endless soccer games and tournaments to baseball games, kickball, and dance competitions, she could always be found front and center cheering for all to hear and sometimes while crocheting her latest project. Linda was a mother to more than just her kids and no matter what always everyone’s biggest supporter. Through it all, she will always be remembered for her laughter, her caring nature, her strength to get her family through anything and her ability to always hold the family together even in the darkest of times. She will forever be etched in everyone’s hearts and beyond missed every day.

Linda is preceded in death by both her parents, Jose and Dominga Villarreal

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Carlos Livas; her son, Rodney Livas (Sarah Livas); daughter, Marisa Moreno (Hector Moreno); daughter, Amanda Hernandez (Gabriel Hernandez), son, Mark Livas, daughter, Ariel Livas, and 10 grand-children.
