Lois Jean Snow

Lois Jean Snow passed away on July 22, 2018 at the age of 83. She was a kind, considerate, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many.
After working for 36 years for E.E. South Texas Credit Union, Lois retired in 2001. She continued to serve on the Board of Directors. She loved to be around people and travel. Her favorite destination was Tennessee to visit her daughter Jolane, her grandchildren, and dear friend, Shirley Quillen. She had a group of ladies that she looked forward to seeing on Tuesdays to play a card game called Skip-Bo. She also attended church regularly and was proud that she could drive her car and live independently. If you knew Lois, chances are she baked you a cake or cookies and made sure she mailed you a birthday card. Although our loved one will be dearly missed, we know she went in peace to be with God.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, sister, and husband, Raymond Dale Snow. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Clarence) Linton and Jolane McNeilly; grandchildren, Wesley Ray (Jennelyn) Linton, April Snow Linton, Tyler Dale (Kayla) McNeilly and Amanda Jean (Brandon) McGill; and great-granchildren, Paisley McGill, Levi McNeilly and baby Linton (arriving January 2019).
A Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Seaside Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
