Lucille C. Parry

Lucille Parry, age 93, peacefully passed away December 19, 2018. She was born on August 1, 1925 to Wilfred and Rose Giguere in West Warwick, Rhode Island where she was raised. She received her nursing degree as a Registered Nurse in 1945. She married her husband of 44 years, Major Raphael P. Parry Jr. on September 22, 1956. Lucille travelled the world with her husband and practiced nursing in many of the cities that she lived in her life. Lucille was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her poise, smile and wonderful sense of humor. She could talk to anyone and make them feel welcome. Lucille is preceded in death by her husband Raphael Parry Jr. and her daughter Rachelle Parry. Lucille is survived by her children Renee Parry and Raphael Parry III and his wife Connie; her grandchildren Chase and Sarah Parry, Monica Ramon, Marissa Ramon Vela and her husband Julian, Alexander and Claire Parry, and her great granddaughter Eliza Ventura Vela. Visitation will be held from 4 pm – 8 pm on December 26, 2018 at Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home. A Funeral service will be held at Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home at 10 a.m. on December 27, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a worthy non- profit.
