Marie Miller, age 80, passed away on July 22, 2017. She was born on January 9, 1937 to Anton and Annie Hasek in Corpus Christi, Texas. She graduated from W.B. Ray High School in 1955. Marie is survived by daughter: Valarie Miller, sons: Mark Miller (Jandy Miller) and Mitchell Miller, grandchildren: Heather Miller, Courtney Sprague, and Dalton Miller, sister: Virginia Veit and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents: Anton and Annie Hasek, brothers Charles Hasek and John Hasek, son: Ralph Miller and daughter: Veronica Miller.
Marie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a devoted friend. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. that same day. Interment will follow in Seaside Memorial Park.
