Marshall Harland Smith

Marshall H. Smith of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on November 3, 2018 at the age of 76. Marshall was born September 14, 1942 in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of W. B. Ray High School and the University of Corpus Christi. He was also a veteran in the US Navy. He retired from Texas Parks and Wildlife. After retirement he enjoyed following the Islanders Women’s basketball team.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Carla, wife Suanne and granddaughter Charli Ann Childers.
He is survived by his daughter, Christine Smith (John Goldsmith), stepson, Scott Childers (Roxanne), stepdaughter, Holli McCall (Clayton) and 7 grandchildren Braden, Elliot, Reagen, Pamela, Savana, Schyler and Cody.
A Celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel.
