Mary Cecilia Weidman

Mary Cecilia Eaker Weidman, 71, completed life on Earth and entered eternal life peacefully at home on Friday, September 7, 2018 surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by Richard Weidman, her loving spouse of 22 years; her sons Kenneth (Jessica) Hammes, Kevin (Adena) Hammes, Keith (Denise) Hammes and stepdaughter Danielle Moore, her sister Patricia Farmer, her brother Willard (Pamela) Eaker, 10 grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary graduated from Incarnate Word Academy in 1965 and the James R. Daughtery School of Nursing in 1968 before entering the United States Navy and serving 4 years as a naval nurse. She retired from nursing in 2014.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
