I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. During times of distress I have found great comfort from the Bible 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 states in part "....the Father of tender mercies and their God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God. " God can supply all the comfort we need in all times of distress. The Bible give us great comfort in knowing too that death will be done away will at Revelation 21:3,4 it says in part " Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and DEATH will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." It mentions Death will be no more its such a foreign thought but its a promise from God and we know what he says will come true. What about those who have already passed away in death like Miles?
