Narcedalia Salazar

Narcedalia G. Salazar, age 94, went home to be with the Lord on October 12, 2018. She was born on October 24, 1923 to Francisco and Modesta Garza. She was born and raised in Driscoll, Texas. Narcedalia was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her church, gardening, sewing and visiting with friends. She will always be remembered for her laughter, kind and giving nature, along with her love for the Lord. Narcedalia is preceded in death by her lovng husband of 30 years, Corando Salazar, her sisters, Natalia Garza and Juanita Ferdin, and her brother, Roberto Garza. Narcedalia is survived by her daughter, Sandra Salazar Silva (Mark Silva), and grandsons Roland and Steven Silva.
A visitation will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
