Obituary

Noe and Maria Dolores Rosas
To Have and to Hold: October, 1959
‘Til Death do Us Part: August 31, 2021 &
August 22, 2021, respectively

God handpicks his children during two incredible moments. First, at the time of birth, a celebration of life; and second, at our time of death, a celebration of eternal life. When you leave this world, you leave alone, but for Noe and Dolores, they were blessed to both spend their time on Earth together and leave their embodied life together. On August 22 and August 31, 2021, after complications from COVID, Noe and Dolores were called into the Kingdom of Heaven together.

Noe Saenz Rosas, 81, was born on June 26, 1940 in Realitos, Texas to Esperanza and Demencio Rosas. Noe possessed a strong work ethic throughout his life and began working outside the home at an early age. Following his marriage to Dolores, he worked for Brinks Armored Services for several years prior to retirement. He cherished spending quality time with his spouse and was a devout, lifelong Catholic.

Maria Dolores Cruz Rosas, 82, was born on June 23, 1939 to her father and Beatrice Hernandez. Dolores worked for the Corpus Christi Caller Times as an Advertising Designer for several years and during a time when such advertising practices were hand-drawn in fascinating detail. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her husband and mother. She was a beautiful soul and a devout Catholic throughout her life and was a long-time member of the Cursillos de Cristiandad movement.

Noe and Dolores were preceded in death by their parents. Noe is also predeceased by infant, Emede Rene Rosas; sister, Zoila (Rosas) Cabello and brother, Demencio Rosas, Jr..

Left to cherish his memories are his brothers, Gustavo Rosas, Alberto (Melva) Rosas, Oscar Rosas, David (Gloria) Rosas, Emede Rosas, and Ricardo (Gabby) Rosas; his sisters, Encarnacion Bazan, Estela Ruiz, Esperanza (Ruben) Villanueva, Delfina (David) Flores, Enedelia (Hector) Morin, Sylvia (Sammy) Pacheco, and Consuelo (Juan) Navejar in addition to countless nephews, nieces and many close friends.

Although Noe and Dolores did not have biological children, they were proud pet parents several times throughout their lives. They leave behind a cherished feline, Rusty Lee, who shared a special bond with both of them – and a particularly inseparable bond with Noe. While their loss is immeasurable, so is the love they left behind.

The family requests that you embrace and lift them in prayer throughout the services and their time of grief.
