Patricia Elaine Plebeau

Patricia Elaine Plebeau passed from this life on January 18, 2021 at home, with family surrounded by love. She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on April 26, 1940. Although she resided in Corpus Christi, Texas, for 54 years, she always considered herself a “Jersey girl”, Yankee thorough and through. She left there after graduating from high school, and joined the Navy, where she proudly served from 1958 to 1966.

She was a hard-working, honest and loyal, as anyone who knew her could tell you. She made many friends in her life, and will be missed by all. She loved steak, Miller Light, a good whiskey, and sports – all sports! In her younger years she was a very good golfer, softball player and bowler. Many friends were made playing on those teams. Later in life, she was a member of a dart league. Always competitive, she loved to win, ask anyone who played cards or board games with her.

She is survived by her wife, Sharron, and Sharron’s family, who became her own. They loved her as much as she loved them. She also has a sister, Virginia, and four nieces and nephews.

Patricia and Sharron spent 25 years together and made as many happy memories as they could. A lifetime of memories were made in those years, and they will sustain us in the years ahead without her.

Hers was a life of adventures and she lived it fully, on her terms, and bravely left it in the same way.
In lieu of flowers, remember Pat as you knew her, and the happy times you had together.

There will be a celebration of life at the Hidden Door at a later date.
