Raymond "Ray Ray" Brooks

Raymond Lee Brooks “Ray Ray”, age 55, passed away November 22, 2018. He was born on September 24, 1963 to Rolland E. Brooks and Jo Marie Brooks in Corpus Christi, Texas. Being apart of a military family he was raised in several different cities. He graduated from Carroll High School in 1984. He served for a brief time in the National Guard.
Ray was employed by several different mechanic shops. Ray was a loving son, brother, uncle and great- uncle.
Ray participated in the Boy Scouts of America and enjoyed working on automotive vehicles. He enjoyed helping people and loved food. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor, acts of kindness, and devotion to his friends and family.
Ray is preceded in death by his mother, Jo Marie Brooks and his grandparents. Ray is survived by his father: Rolland Brooks, sister: Paulette Rudnicky, nieces: Courtney Brooks and Kaleen Rudnicky, nephews: Jonathan McMahon, Bailey McMahon and Robert Rudnicky, great nephews: Ryan Fryling and Toby Fryling and great-niece Jo Marie Henson.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are: Jonathan McMahon, Bailey McMahon, Robert Rudnicky, Steve Jungman, Chris Segler and Chris Packer.
The family would like to invite everyone to join them for a reception after the service at 437 Cartagena Dr. Corpus Christi, Texas 78418.
