Sharon Moore

Sharon Jean Moore, age 71, passed away March 25, 2020. She was born on March 04, 1949 to Gene Ponton and Christine Steel Ponton in Corpus Christi, TX. She was raised in Corpus Christi, where she graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 1968.

Sharon married her husband, Patrick J. Moore, of 50 years on November 14, 1970. Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.

Sharon enjoyed driving her yellow Cadillac everywhere, from going to the beach to shopping at the nearest garage sale. She will always be remembered for her love of laughter, her sense of adventure, giving nature and the devotion she gave to family and those she cared for.
Sharon is preceded in death by her father, Gene E. Ponton; her mother, Christine Smith; and her brothers, Jerrel Lee Ponton and Ronald Wayne Ponton.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Patrick John Moore; their sons, Michael Laurance Moore, Shawn Edward Moore, Richard Anthony Moore; grandchildren, Joshua M. Moore, Nathan C. Moore, Christian D. Moore, Jasmin F. Moore, Naomi L. Moore, Liberty H. Moore, Kimberly L. Moore, Kayleigh L. Culpepper, Brandon G. Moore, Ivonne A. Infante, Clarissa A. Infante, Jaime F. Infante, Georgina L. Moore; great-grandchildren, Tyler Z. Malhis, Clyde E. Kalil, Daisy L. Culpepper, Lily M. Culpepper and Reagan A. Culpepper.

Funeral Services will take place at 11:30 a.m. on March 30, 2020 at Seaside Funeral Home, with Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.

Having the distinguished honor to serve as Honorary Pallbearers are: Michael Laurance Moore, Shawn Edward Moore, Richard Anthony Moore, Brandon G. Moore, Jaime F. Infante, and Calvin Ponton.
