Sixto A. Morales Jr.

Sixto “SAM” Morales, Jr. age 64 passed away on September 11, 2018. He was born March 22, 1954. He was raised in Uvalde, Texas. He graduated from Uvalde High School in Uvalde, Texas and Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas.
Sixto Morales was self-employed, as a hairstylist, for over forty years. He was the owner of MaSalon and Sam’s Salon. Sam was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed movies and was of quiet nature. He was involved with his church choir and enjoyed their traveling throughout the world.
Sam is preceded in death by his father Sixto Morales, Sr. and his mother, Mary Alicia Morales both of Uvalde, Texas. He is survived by his sisters Linda and her spouse Esther of Houston, one brother Nicolas and his spouse Ernestine of Uvalde and his younger sister Kathryn of Houston. In addition a niece, Tracie Lorraine and four great nieces Anessa, Trisha, Caprii and Jadelynn of San Antonio and his cat, Jack.
A Memorial Service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel.
