Our mother spent her whole life caring for others. Nothing comes close to her warm embrace, that beautiful smile that lit up a room, or her infectious laugh that no one could resist. She put more love into this world than she received and asked for nothing in return. We couldn’t have asked for a better mother to nurture and guide us through life.  Although she had only two daughters, she was a mother to many. She was that one person that anyone could count on to always be there no matter what. She loved to joke around and make others laugh. She was a generous person who sacrificed for others. We love hearing stories about her and how just meeting her once could leave such an impression on people she barely knew. We can only hope to be a fraction of the person she was. To have her strength, compassion, and resilience.

Her hugs made us feel safe and her smile let us know everything would be ok. Her laughter made us smile and know there is good in this world. Even though we wish we had more time, we will love and cherish every moment we had together, and she will forever be in our hearts. Our memories of her will get us through this difficult time as we remember her saying “do not mourn my death but instead celebrate my life.” So, until we meet again have fun dancing in heaven. We love you MOM
