Wilma Katherine Norrell

Wilma Katherine Norrell passed away on October 7, 2021. She was born in her family home in Newport, Arkansas on May 9, 1940. She was the daughter of William J. Broyles and Mary Lucille Jamison McManus.

She was a graduate of Ingleside High School and attended college in Kingsville, Texas. She worked at the HEB Headquarters until they moved their offices to San Antonio. In 1971 she met the love of her life, Pat Norrell at a dance, who preceded her in death by just 6 weeks (they did everything together). They married on February 25, 1972 and were married 49 years.

She is survived by her daughters Julia Draper, Sheri Vanscoter (Newton), grandson Nolan, sister Margaret White (Skip), brother John Wikoff, many nieces and nephews, her dearest friend Cassandra Groh (Norman) and her daughter Camden.
