Cassandra Annette Palmer passed away on January 10, 2018 with family and friends with her

Casey was born on October 6, 1972 to Wesley G. Palmer and Teresa Stokes Palmer in San Antonio Texas.  She lived in Houston, Georgetown and League City, Texas.

Casey was a loving free spirit and truly Gods angel.  Casey resided at Bay wind Care Village for nearly 8 years where she was cared for by dedicated staff in a respectful, loving and compassionate way.  She was the youngest resident. She enjoyed participating in any function that had music, lots of people around and the outdoors. She will always be remembered for her laughter, enjoyment at meal times listening to music and hearing the voices of her many friends surrounding her and love of quiet nature time spent sitting with her Mom.  If you were having a bad day, Casey cheered you up with her contagious laugh and beautiful smile.

Casey is preceded in death by her Father Wesley Gene Palmer, Jr., Grandfathers Wesley G. Palmer, Sr and James T. Stokes, Sr.

Casey is survived by her Mother Teresa J. Palmer Foltz, Step Father Ralph L. Foltz, Sr., Brother Wesley Garrison Palmer and wife Laura. Grandmothers; Jewell V. Stokes McAfee and Nina L Palmer.  Uncles; James T. Stokes, Jr., Tom A. Stokes and Gregg Palmer. Aunts; Mary Jo Stokes and Denise Palmer; Nephews; Gage and Collin; Cousins; TJ, Cody, Jacob, James D, Shawn Allen, Shelly and Stephanie.

Cassandra will be laid to rest next to her Father in a grave side service held at 1:00pm on Saturday January 20th 2018 at Seaside Memorial Park in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Casey will be missed by many good friends who she enjoyed so much and touched in a special way sharing her smile, love of music and contagious laughter. Her family will always carry her in our hearts and are better for having the privilege of having her in our lives.

 “Casey has no pain and now can express herself in the eyes of God in a way she was unable to in her time on earth. She is finally free and will always be loved by and remembered by her loving Mom.” –Lynn O.
