Christopher E. Bentancourt went into the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday November 22, 2017. 
He was born to Eugene and the late Rebecca Bentancourt on December 26th, 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas. A Foy H. Moody 1991 graduate,
Chris was employed by HEB Grocery in San Antonio and Boerne TX. A loving father and devoted family man, he enjoyed BBQing and cooking for his family and friends. He loved spending time at the beach, fishing and hosting family events. 
He is preceded in death by his mother Rebecca Bentancourt. 
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Bentancourt, daughters Ashleigh, Yazmeen and Jazlene Bentancourt. Stepchildren Amber, Andrew and Amerah Flores, his father Eugene Bentancourt and brother Rudy Bentancourt and sisters Priscilla (Lupe) Garza and Sylvia Salazar. 
In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer society. 
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Seaside Reid Chapel. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Seaside Reid Chapel. Interment to follow in Seaside Memorial Park.
