Deepest condolences to Fran, Joe P. and the family. Joe was a friend who provided valuable guidance and counsel to a young community servant trying to to serve his community. Helping me get plugged in and understanding what can make a community great. Firm, fair, and a dry sense of wit kept you on your toes at all times. Joe you will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Fultons this weekend
I was fortunate to have not only worked for Joe, but to have known him and learned so many things from him which I still use in construction and life.
I have had the opportunity to see and visit with Joe on many trips from Dallas to see my dad at Mirador. I will miss him dearly.
