"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."
Kim is now rejoicing with the reunion of our Granny, her mother whom Kim considered one of her best friends, and her father, who mentored Kim to be the best in all things she pursued. Both parents taught Kim the qualities of life God intended for all of us to possess, humility, integrity and trust in His faithfulness.
Gary and the Hisle family, you are forever in our thoughts and prayers. The sharing by Kim's friends and colleagues at the service was a testament of the imprint Kim left on all of our lives. Kim is truly an inspiration, an angel, a legacy. Kim's spirit will continue to live within me and within all of us who knew her. With much love, Cousin Ann

May Kim rest in peace and may her family and friends be certain her life on earth made way to her eternal life. I am one of many high school friends who remember Kim's beautiful smile and hearty laugh. Good to know she touchs so many other lives throughout the years. Blessings,

After witnessing her talents at CC Speedway, I hired Kim Schumacher Hisle and her
co-scorer Lorraine McCain who scored at the CC Speedway ¼ mile asphalt oval.

They were added to the large Scoring Department at Texas World Speedway to work several Texas Race of Champions events which featured TIDA-Late Model races and Texas Pro Sedans support races along with other support class races.

Kim Schumacher Hisle, was one of the best scorers who ever worked at our races. She was as good as they come.

We sympathize with her family and friends and the loss they feel at this time.

I have few, if any, memories from childhood that don't include Kim. If we weren't at my house, we were at hers...before & after bowling. The 2 pro tournaments we went to as adults. The car wreck that broke her nose & still affects my health. Ironing her hair because she didn't like her curls. The music we loved. Willie let me score 2 or 3 seasons. Her little gray Celica. Us wrecking my mom's Ltd at night on the beach. Signing all our cards Lylywms. Love you like you were my sis. Lylywms Kim. 4/E

Sorry to hear of Kim's passing. Thoughts and prayers are extended to Kim's husband, Gary, family, friends, and co-workers. It was my pleasure to know and work with her over the last few years.

Kim and I worked side-by-side for years in the "press box" at C. C. Speedway, and some at Texas World Speedway as well. We had some lively discussions about scoring, officiating, and announcing races. We differed occasionally, but never lost respect for each other. She was a strong willed person, and I always admired her for that. She was always honest, kind, courteous, respectful, helpful, and professional in her dealings with others. Her passing leaves the world a little dimmer.....
That's why I lit a candle in her memory.............God Bless you Kim, and many prayers for Gary and family...................

I am honored to have met this incredible person and get to know her amazing heart. Every now and then someone comes into your life, and changes it for the better and your life, the way you think and believe will never be the same as it was before. Some say that these people are angels, here for a short time and that their purpose is to help others to find their true selves. To gain or renew faith and live as we should. Whether or not this is true or has any fact to it, matters not. To me and my wife and so many others, Kim was an angel who made such a huge impact on our lives that not a one of us will be the same as we were before meeting her. Now there will be a scar on our hearts that will not heal, and a void in our lives. I am grateful for having met and known her and Gary. God speed M'lady and thank you for giving and sharing so much of you and you heart with us.

I would like to send my condolences to Kim's family for their loss. Although I have not seen here in a long time, it was a great pleasure to have been able to work and bowl with her while she was in Corpus Christi. I will not be able to attend the services but will be praying for the family. No more pain and suffering is the blessing we must remember.

M'lady....we did not have a great start with each other. You were you and I was me. We were like to rocks bashing each other to find out which was the most resilient. And then we became friends. From that point on you totally had my heart and admiration and respect. At work, you were all work, and did everything needed to help both the customer and the business. Away from work, you were all Kim! I will never forget you or the moments shared that few know. I do not mean to take much space and will share just one. Any that may wish to hear about or learn more can just ask me. Shortly after The Hisles migrated to Wisconsin sometime in March, 2005? It was for Wisconsin a nice day, the sun was out, and a balmy 35 degrees. Kim is outside ( we both were smokers) wearing a full length fur coat, and I a sleeveless tee shirt. She is shivering and asked me when it will get warmer? I told her it was warmer. Note in Wisconsin, she had just missed some temps below zero. So then she said, no, I mean when does the temp get into the 80's and 90's? My response was that we have a week or two of that in late July and early August. ( I was kidding of course for I do that best) Then I looked at her and said should you still be here a year from now and go through the seasons like we do, there will come a day about a year from now much like today. And you will say how nice it is. Kim said that she would never say 35 degrees was nice. Lo and behold one year later, we were there in the same place about the same time of year, the sun was out and the temp about 35. And she said " this is a really nice day" I pointed my finger at her and said told you so. She was so wrapped up in that that she went in an emailed and chatted with people, that she actually felt that way about the temp and the sun. I have no idea who she contacted to do that with. But that is just my one Kim story. This incredible lady has left me with many. I am so blessed and grateful for having met and known her. To be able to call her friend is an honor.

Gary

I am so sorry for your loss. The emptiness and pain it leaves and just not knowing what to do with yourself. It has been 6 weeks since dad passed and every day is still a challenge. Allow yourself to grieve. Remember all the wonderful memories and all the time you got to spend together. Every time I think of one of Normie's famous sayings I write it down so I will never forget. Our love and Prayers are with you. I am sure that she had some close new friends like Jay and Norm waiting to catch up and have a good old time. We will be praying for you.
