Mr. Vic was a true gem, making everyone he met feel special & a true gentleman. He was so proud of his family & always talked about them. Vic helped me through some rough times as a single parent working in the refinery world, always full of encouragement & joyfulness, giving me advice on raising boys. He will be missed by many but is definitely rejoicing in Heaven with our Eternal Father. May God bless his family always & give us all peace
