Victor Garcia, 70, of Corpus Christi Texas, departed this life on Sunday August 20.

Vic was born to Ernesto Garcia Sr. and Victoria Garza on October 7, 1946, in Kenedy, Texas. He shared many memories with his siblings, Maria, Gloria, Ernesto, Esmeralda, Roman, Tomasa, Arturo, Hector and Viola.
On September 25, 1981 in Missouri City, Texas, Vic married his best friend and love of his life, Linda Tamez. Their marriage spanned nearly 36 years.

He is survived by his wife Linda and four sons; Victor Jr. and Carla, their children, Tiffany and Taylor and her two children Aubrey and Addilyn; Michael; Daniel and Rachel and their children, Alexa, Systine and Noah; Aaron and Rebecca and their children, Casey, Samantha, Camden, Camille and Dominic.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Hector.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017 at St. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
